Following the launch of the International Day of Air Sports, we invite you to save the date: 14 October 2026.
FAI actions
FAI will lead the campaign through a series of coordinated actions, both online and on site.
- Pre-event communication to raise awareness for the International Day and encourage participation (mini-site,website articles, social media posts, messages to internal mailing lists)
- Week of the International Day:
- publication of pre-prepared social media content
- on-site content creation and sharing during the FAI General Conference
Community participation and visibility
FAI encourages all Members to take part in the International Day of Air Sports by sharing the news and organising initiatives within their networks, such as local events, demonstrations, or digital activities.
FAI will:
- By June 2026
- Provide a logo for the Intl Day
- Set up a mini-site with information about the day, allowing participants to submit their events and initiatives for inclusion.
- Early September 2026
- Provide social media templates & guidelines on how to use them
- Share messaging, hashtags, post examples
